Michael Mabubay is an Executive Secretary to the Executive Director of Medical Affairs with over 10 years experience in King Fahad Medical City with essential duties that includes but not limited to: providing secretarial support to Executives, creating presentations, writing reports, handling confidential documents, assisting to meetings, managing correspondence, making travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, negotiating terms with vendors, and performing research. Capable, determined, confident, and well-organized administrative assistant, with extensive experience in supporting mid and senior-level Executives by providing them with consistent clerical support.
