The meeting is organized by BOT Juanichi Ulanday because he received message from Ms. Shine Tobias on her intention to establish Comsofil Paranaque Chapter in her barangay.

BOT Juanichi has earlier given Ms. Shine access credentials as an Instructor in Comsofil website for her to see various documents about her plans, particularly Comsofil By-Laws, Roles & Responsibilities of officers, etc.

It was explained to Ms. Shine the provisions in the Comsofil By-Laws on chaptering and pertinent requirements.  It was shared to Ms. Shine the old experiences on the initial activities in establishing Dammam and Jeddah Chapters by gathering enough attendees for IT seminars followed by the election of interim officers.

BOT Jun has recommended a former Comsofilian in Batangas is willing to provide a short seminar on CCTV installation and maintenance.  The speaker can also provide his success story as a Comsofilian and the reason behind his CCTV business.  The speaker is requesting only for a board and lodging for the duration of the seminar.

2. to ask permission to use the barangay hall
3. donation received by Ms. Shine is to be for her chapter instead of channeling to Riyadh Chapter.
