Ms. Shine informed the group that only 4 close friends will help her establish the Paranaque Chapter.
Ms. Shine believes that Comsofil weekend training will be a big welcome by her barangay as against to TESDA’s daily required attendance. She said that there is already identified possible venue for the Comsofil training, but for further confirmation

BOT Rolly recommends for Ms. Shine to prepare a business plan to attract donors. He also informed her on the requirements for Barangay and Mayor’s permit on her planned chapter.
