To harness the Filipino professionals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and
other countries who are employed in the field of information and communications technology, and to share their technical know-how and expertise for the benefit of the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and in particular, COMSOFIL members;

To create, develop and provide opportunities for continuing education in the
field of information and communications technology for COMSOFIL members and interested OFWs, and teach, share and upgrade these acquired knowledge and skills on the use of information and communications technology, thereby enriching their computer literacy, technical competence and professional qualifications;

To gather and provide COMSOFIL members with information on the current trends and developments in the field of information and communications technology;

To carry-out information and communications technology education programs and activities and to render expert assistance for the benefit of the Filipino community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries;
To provide referral assistance on the computer-related employment opportunities to COMSOFIL members;

and To encourage camaraderie and fellowship and to promote friendly and personal as well as professional relations among COMSOFIL members.
