At every end of year, Comsofil conducts its annual election of officers during the 2nd semester’s completion/graduation ceremony.

22 candidates from among the members  came forward to run and bid their chance for a seat in the Board of Directors.  Comsofil’s governing body, the Board of Trustees, presented each of the 22 candidates on the stage and each disclose why they deserve to be an officer of the community.

The members then cast their vote online in the website.  It is the 2nd time for the organization to have online vote.  However, we experience technical issues in the website wherein almost half were not able to cast their ballots.  Nevertheless, the BOTs are prepared and anticipated worst case scenario, and paper ballots were distributed to those who experiences issues and tabulated thru google forms.
