As part of the training for 2026 BOD, ZOHO was introduced by Madam Elsa Ulanday, External Auditor. A whole day training was conducted on 19-Dec-2025  at Comsofil, Elite International School, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and participated by the newly elected BOD 2026.

 

First part of the training, the duties and responsibilities of Membership, Finance and Internal Auditor were discussed reiterating their vital roles in the society. Introducing the platform to all members for the future they might hold the position under membership, finance and auditor.

Second part, a hands-on ZOHO training was given, using Comsofil laptops, some used their own laptop and providing individual access to get into the platform.  The membership application was first introduced, from the acceptance of applicants, registering to the system and issuing Sales Order. Followed by the finance application to generate Invoice.  The Internal Auditor roles in ZOHO were introduced as well for auditing purposes. 

Despite not a 100% attendance, it does not hinder the success of the training. Participants leave with full of knowledge, but, of course, practice would make things easier if not perfect.
