COMSOFIL, a leading non-profit Filipino community organization in Saudi Arabia, recently hosted a celebratory 3-in-1 event highlighting its mission to empower Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). The event, held on February 23rd, 2024, embodied COMSOFIL’s 2024 theme, “Leading OFW’s Excellence: upskill Competencies with Passion through innovative digitalization journey in the spirit of volunteerism.”

The day’s events included:

Induction of the 2024 Board of Directors: A formal ceremony where Mr. Roger Nachor took oath as President and other Board of Directors ushering in COMSOFIL’s new leadership team dedicated to the community. Inaugural Facilitators Workshop: Led by Ms. Josephine Sison Du Tillieul, VP – Education, this workshop focused on developing and enhancing training skills within the organization, ensuring greater support for its dedicated facilitators. Festive Masquerade Party is vibrant celebration of the overseas Filipino community, offering members a chance to unwind and celebrate their achievements.

“We are thrilled with the success of our three-part event,” said Mr. Roger Nachor, President of COMSOFIL. “It reaffirms our commitment to providing OFWs with opportunities for professional development, personal growth, and community building.”

COMSOFIL also welcomed a special Guest of Speaker, Police Executive Master Sergeant Mr. Wilson H. Severino from the Administrative Assistance to the office of the Police Attaché in the Philippine Embassy, Riyadh.  His presence underscored COMSOFIL’s strong support network and dedication to serving OFWs in Saudi Arabia.

COMSOFIL International, Inc.  is a non-profit organization established in 1995.
